The Product Strategy
We have alliance with major manufactures from all over the world. Our product strategy is mainly focused on one objective that is “To provide only the best products with the maximum performance”. Our main approach is to develop and obtain the most modern and high quality products available at competitive prices in local and international markets. Our excellence in delivering high quality products and services has been appreciated by our clients and is evident by the retention and repetition of our clients and orders respectively.
The Service Strategy
We prepare the design, layout, and quotation as per the requirements of contractors, consultants, and customers. We continuously follow up the quotation as part of our marketing strategy. We offer site visits as per the customer’s request to survey their exact requirements and to provide technical discussions related to the product involved.
We are based in the center of Karachi, but we are providing services all over Pakistan. In case of any unforeseen cases occurred with the system, our maintenance team will definitely settle this problem. They are ready to deal with any issues around occurring with system. The customer should get 100% satisfaction not only from our products but also with our man-power services as this is one of our major goals.
MKCE carries rich experience of 40 years old establishment with involvements in contracting, trading, and health care business. Our President and CEO is also a board member of Makkah chamber of commerce & industry and under his dynamic supervision MKCE is growing very rapidly in this niche market.
With main emphasis on refining, petrochemicals, and polymer industry, MKCE has emerged as one of the leading supplier of chemicals over recent years, in the region. MKCE in collaboration with global chemical suppliers spread across different continents is one key source for a variety of chemicals as demanded by our regional target industry.
The Trading Division of Kingdom Chemicals now operates from two offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The office located in Makkah on the West coast, from where we cover the Western and central parts of the Kingdom and the nearby Gulf states. The office located in Al-Dammam, on the East coast, is responsible for covering the Eastern region of the Kingdom and other GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman).
The Trading Division now is equipped with technical and sales personnel. Most of our sales people are university-trained professionals with degrees in various engineering disciplines, chemistry and pharmacy. In some cases, this technical background is also accompanied with business degrees such as an MBA.
